| i hate sundays i failed. im going for a run tonight. i need to stop eating.
tomorrow only breakfest, i have to punish myself for eating so much. so tomorrow i cant eat anything but breakfest and water.
intake: tooo much outtake: today is the start of my daily workout i made so
50 pushups 50 crunches 50 squats 10 arm things 6 leg things

| So i put together 5 small workouts i can do in my bedroom and put them on a piece of paper with boxes to check off for each day. Also there will be thinspo at the bottom to motivate be. This month its bathing suit because its almost summer. Im going to be making these each month, hopefully they help me keep on track!
